Russian Ridge preserve off Skyline Boulevard
There are some wonderful trails for running along ridges and through forests quite near to home.
This is what I use to drive up the mountain roads.
The trails and views are great!
In May the wildflowers are wonderful, as is the view toward the ocean!
The ridge has views to the ocean and the San Francisco Bay. This is the Bay side.
Fun at Truckee
Last spring the whole Wholey family did the 10th Mountain Division Biathlon at Auburn Ski Club.
